Mirams Waterhouse Ltd was established in 2000 by Mike Mirams and Tim Waterhouse. Our objective was to make the development and management of quality more straightforward. Since then we have worked with organisations large and small, to develop, implement and maintain efficient and effective systems. This ensures that product and service quality is built into the organisation’s offer. With ISO9001 being the minimum standard we work to, we provide the expertise, experience and support that is frequently only found within the resources of large companies to the small to medium enterprise in the exact amounts required, enabling your staff to concentrate on what they are employed for.
We have considerable experience in working in Asia, helping Indian and Chinese companies in particular develop their quality management systems to the standards required by their European customers, and are therefore well placed to source and evaluate potential suppliers and sub-contractors overseas, and assess and develop your foreign suppliers, both existing and potential, to meet your exact requirements.
Early in 2017 we were joined by Stuart Muir, a qualified quality systems auditor with a varied background in engineering, electronics and business development, with the view to expanding our operations to help small and medium enterprises take advantage of the opportunities that are now becoming apparent due to the UK’s new position in the global market place, especially in manufacturing sectors.
Stuart has now taken the reigns of the company and is looking forward to steering the business. Dedicated to helping smaller businesses to achieve and prosper, our services and competitive fees reflect this focus. Atex and the manufacture of equipment for hazardous environments is a large part of that focus, again carrying on the tradition of Mirams Waterhouse to provide expertise normally out of the scope of SMEs. Keeping things simple and straightforward into the third decade of the 21st Century.
